Busto’s Martial Arts of Holbrook offers a great, calorie-burning Bootcamp style workout like no other!

Busto’s Boot Camp is a one-hour group fitness class that is offered four evenings per week, and Saturday mornings. Workouts include a mix of cardio and weights, calisthenics and stretching exercises tailored to fit each students fitness level. Instructors offer continuous feedback and encouragement to help every student reach their fitness goals.

Answer: Bootcamp is team-style workout where groups train in intervals doing different exercises. Although you will follow along with the group, your exercises will be tailored to your fitness level, strength and ability.

Answer: No. We don’t train people to look like body builders. We’ll be training you to be physically fit and healthy, not to win physique contests.

Answer: We help you ever step of the way during each and every workout. We monitor your training and make the necessary adjustments. This is not a gym where we sign people up and forget about them. You are in good hands EVERYTIME you walk into Busto’s of Holbrook, NY. That is our personal guarantee.

Answer: Are you doing it on your own now? If not, admit the truth. You need help. Michael Jordan had a personal trainer. Tiger Woods has a personal trainer. Do you think highly motivated athletes like these could do what they do without one? It helps to have someone coaching you. We believe that training people who are not committed wastes time and money, and damages our reputation as a fitness center. Also, we only make room for a select amount Bootcamp clients, not hundreds of people who sign up and never show up. If you want us to work with you, you need to show us that you are going to take advantage of what we have to offer.
