We teach traditional martial arts in untraditional way. Sensei Matt Federico is not only at 4th degree black belt but has a degree in psychology from Stony Brook University, which he uses to make his martial art classes fun, exciting and completely new age.
• We are not an “old-school” karate studio.
• We offer trial classes to make sure we’re a good fit.
• Each and every class focuses on positive reinforcement.
• We’re family oriented.
• We’ll help you increase confidence and concentration.
• You can watch a family member in training if you’d like
• Tiny Tigers (ages 3-4)
